Consultation Checklist

Swatch(es) or Item(s) to illustrate what your wedding colors will be.
A list of all people in the wedding party, relatives, friends, etc. that will be getting flowers.
Pictures or clippings of any particular flowers or styles of bouquets that have caught your eye.
A timeline of when the events will occur on your wedding day (Pictures, Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, Dinner, Reception).
Ask the groom if he would like to attend the consultation with you.
A description or sketch of the cake (if available).
A seating chart with the # of tables for planning centerpieces (if desired).
Any pictures of the venue(s) available to you.
A list of the areas you would like flowers for at the Ceremony & Reception (is there a Chuppah or Arch?).
A general budget range in mind.

Even if all you know is that you "like blue", we can help shape your wedding vision. Color books with bloom descriptions, availability of product, and detailed pictures with meanings ensure that you will always find something that suits your tastes.

Policies & Information

DELIVERY/PICK-UP: Delivery is a flat $60 fee within the South Metro/Northfield area. Pick-up of flowers is available FREE during normal business hours (Tue/Thu 10 am - 6 pm or by appointment on Saturdays). It is recommended that pick-ups have shaded, temperate transportation and a refrigerator space available to store flowers after pick-up (no fruit or fruit juice can occupy the same refrigerator space, however). We cannot guarantee flowers after inspection of the party picking up the flowers, due to possible ill-handling of flowers or exposure to harmful conditions such as heat, extreme cold, sun, or water loss.
TAXES: Add 6.75% State Sales Tax to all purchases.
PAYMENTS: Please NOTE: ALL Payments become non-refundable upon receipt. $100 Deposit required to secure the wedding date, which applies to the total. ½ of the Balance becomes due 1 month prior to the wedding. Final balance becomes due 1 week prior to the wedding. Weddings not paid in full 5 days prior to the wedding date forfeit all deposits and the wedding will be considered as cancelled. Cash, Checks, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover are accepted.
CONSULTATION FEES: Please NOTE: The initial conceptual consultations (whether in person, via phone, or email) prior to the first written quote are FREE. One written quote revision (no matter how extensive) is FREE to determine the final quote. Additions or subtractions to the written quote are also FREE (example: I need 3 groomsmen boutonnieres instead of 4 OR I would like to add centerpieces). Any consequential quote revisions or consultations (whether in person, via email, or via phone) will be charged at an hourly rate of $45/hour. It is best to be decisive when amending the initial quote if necessary - no matter how long it takes for you to decide on revisions. Quotes should be finalized 1 month in advance if special order flowers are necessary. Quotes without special order flowers should be finalized at least 2 weeks in advance.
